netwrap to meet this demand. The performance of Movtex® has
been improved with the introduction of MAXICOVER, a unique system
to aid the net’s spreading ability across the bale, to maximize
coverage of your valuable crop. This increased bale coverage will
help reduce bale ‘shoulders’, which can lead to trapped
air when wrapping baled silage or risk dry-crop loss if stored outside
or when transported.

The renowned
Premium Movtex® Netwrap is a result of over 30 years production
experience in knitted fabrics and more specifically over 10 years
production experience in the manufacture of high quality twisted,
woven and knitted products for agriculture. As with all Cotesi products,
the production of Premium Movtex® round Bale Netwrap is covered
by the ISO9002 Quality Assurance System, unlike a number of lesser
experienced manufacturer’s nets. This guarantee of quality,

roll marking
Every roll of Movtex netwrap is manufactured with a roll marking
design to help load the roll correctly in the baler. One end of
the roll is blue and the other end is white, giving an obvious visual
aid to the operator. This simple yet valuable feature also helps
to identify Movtex from other makes of net, who choose to remain
anonymous.
Roll End
Warning
Cotesi Movtex is manufactured with a red stripe warning marker on
the last 50 metres to warn the baler operator that the roll is aproaching
its end. This avoids the un-necessary situation of producing a bale
without sufficient net to wrap it.
U.V. protection
Every roll of Premium Movtex® is manufactured under the
ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System and only premium grade raw materials
are used. This guarantees that every roll of Premium Movtex®
is fully treated against U.V. degradation, guaranteeing a superior
performance in the field.
Roll Width
Because of the tightly controlled conditions under which Premium
Movtex® Round Bale Netwrap is manufactured, every roll is guaranteed
to be of the correct width. This is essential for successful baling
as any net manufactured with a narrower width will never achieve
the desired coverage on the bale.
Length
Each roll of Premium Movtex® leaves the factory with a
guarantee of a minimum length, either 2000m or 3000m - not simply
an average, unlike nets from other less scrupulous manufacturers.
Roll Diameter
Every roll of Premium Movtex® is guaranteed to be the correct
diameter to operate in the baler, with a maximum of 30cm diameter
for 3000m and 26cm for 2000m. The inability of other brands of net
to achieve these parameters may also suggest their inability to
wind the correct length of net onto the roll. 30cm
Core Winding
It is essential for the ends of every roll of Round Bale Netwrap
to have uniform and even winding on the core in order to avoid any
fouling of the roll ends in the net box. This very important factor
is guaranteed with Premium Movtex® and assures every net will
meet with consistent, trouble-free operation.
Unique I/D
number
Each roll of Premium Movtex® carries its own, unique roll
identification number, enabling every roll to be traced through
every stage in its production, as well as being able to identify
the quality and make-up of the raw materials used.
